This extensive collection of chiptune material comes with over 800 individual samples and 70+ Loops. All of the contained material has been recorded directly from the C64, Atari St and Nintendo Gameboy machines.
As some of the samples have been recorded from AtariS T games, Midierror released Chipshop with the following warning: Please seek legal advice before using these in any commercial work. Which sounds a little ominous. I would be inclined to give the loops a little social du=distancing.
