Acon Digital’s Multiply chorus has been updated to Version 1.2, bringing improved features, and also support for VST3 & Catalina. It’s packed full of great features, more than you would usually expect from a chorus, and, it’s free! Let’s see what it’s all about!
Acon Digital Multiply Chorus:
As you start to dig into it you quickly see that this plugin has a lot to offer. You can have up to six voices and because of the randomised phase filters, you don’t get any unwanted comb filtering. Which is super nice.
There is an internal EQ, which is highly controllable and also very visual. The EQ also has a power button for quick AB testing. It includes a generous handful of presets with the facility to make and save your own. You also have separate amplitude and frequency modulation sections and an adjustable pre-delay. My favourite feature, I’m ashamed to say, is the resizable GUI. You can pull that thing all over the place and it morphs to fit the shape it’s left in.
All in all, this is a great chorus, suitable for everyday use and also for sound design. It’s free, go get some!
